- Candidates are required to submit 03 complete sets of applications, each including attested copies of degrees, certificates, 01 photograph, and a crossed bank draft challan. The fee is Rs. 5,000/- for the post of Registrar/Controller of Examinations and Rs. 3,000/- for the post of Chief Security Officer, payable to the Treasurer. These documents should be sent via Registered Mail through Pakistan Post or any Courier Service to the Information Desk, Gate No. 02, GSCWU Bahawalpur. The prescribed application forms can be downloaded from the website www.gewa.edu.pk.
- Applicants applying for multiple posts must submit separate applications and pay separate application processing fees.
- Candidates currently employed by a Government/Semi-Government Department or an Autonomous body must submit a copy of NOC along with the application form by the due date. Applications received without NOC will not be entertained.
- Applications will only be accepted via registered mail/courier; hand-delivered applications will not be considered.
- Applicants must clearly indicate the name of the post applied for and the mode of appointment on the top right corner of the envelope.
- The University reserves the right to:
- Not fill/withdraw any advertised post/withhold the appointment against any post without assigning any reason thereof or consider a person for appointment in a lower cadre against the post advertised
- Shortlist candidates based on academic qualifications and experience. Only short-listed candidates will be called for an interview.
- Increase or decrease the number of vacancies as per the availability of funds.
- Change the nature of posts according to the needs of the University.
- The University will not be responsible for non-receipt of call letters due to any lapse of Courier Agency/Post Office.
- A 15% Quota for Women, 5% Quota for Minorities, and 3% Disabled Quota will be implemented where applicable.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
- Age relaxation for appointment by initial recruitment shall be admissible as per the Government’s policy.
- All applications, complete in all respects, must reach the office of the undersigned by May 17, 2024. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.
