How to Apply for latest Gscwu Jobs?
- Candidates are required to submit three complete sets of applications, each containing attested copies of degrees, certificates, and one photograph. Additionally, they must include a crossed bank draft challan, amounting to Rs. 5,000/- for the post of Registrar/Controller of Examinations and Rs. 3,000/- for the post of Chief Security Officer, payable to the Treasurer. These documents should be sent via Registered Mail through Pakistan Post or any Courier Service to the Information Desk, Gate No. 02, GSCWU Bahawalpur. Application forms can be downloaded from the website www.gewa.edu.pk.
- Applicants applying for multiple posts must submit separate applications and pay separate application processing fees. Those already employed in a Government/Semi-Government Department or an Autonomous body must include a copy of NOC along with the application form by the due date; otherwise, their applications will not be entertained. Advance copies of applications without NOC will not be considered.
- Applications will only be accepted via registered mail or courier; hand-delivered applications will not be accepted. Applicants should clearly mention the name of the post applied for and the mode of appointment on the top right corner of the envelope.
- The University reserves the right:
- Not to fill/withdraw any advertised post/withhold the appointment against any post, without assigning any reason thereof, or consider a person for appointment in a lower cadre against the post advertised.
- To shortlist candidates based on academic qualifications and experience. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
- To increase or decrease the number of vacancies as per the availability of funds.
- To change the nature of posts according to the needs of the University.
- The University is not responsible if call letters are not received due to any lapse of Courier Agency/Post Office.
- 15% Quota for Women, 5% Quota for Minorities, and 3% Disabled Quota will be implemented where applicable.
- No TADA will be admissible for test/interview.
- Age relaxation, for appointment by initial recruitment, shall be admissible as per the policy of the Government.
- All applications, complete in all respects, must reach the office of the undersigned no later than May 17, 2024. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.
