Job Positions:
- Depatment Head Treasury Operations
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of treasury operations, including liquidity management, risk mitigation, and capital allocation within an Islamic banking framework.
- Develop and implement Shariah-compliant treasury strategies and products to optimize the bank balance sheet and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with Shariah principles and regulatory requirements governing Islamic banking treasury operations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the treasury team, fostering ethical conduct and adherence to Islamic finance principles.
Key Requirements:
- Understanding of Shariah principles and their application in Islamic finance.
- Proficiency in Islamic financial instruments and structures, such as Sukuk, Murabaha, Mudarabah, and Musharakah.
- Knowledge of Shariah governance frameworks and processes, including Shariah compliance certification.
- Expertise in Islamic financial risk management and regulatory frameworks specific to Islamic banking.
