  • Head of Service Quality Department

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably Master’s, from an HEC recognized university.
  • Qualification in Islamic Finance will be advantageous.
  • Certifications in Quality Management Systems / Lean / Six Sigma / Scrum will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage operations of the Service Quality Department and its units, including Customer Complaints, Branch Customer Experience, Service Analytics & Customer Insights, Voice of Customers (VoC), Email Channel, and Operational Excellence.
  • Act as the Key Contact Person (KCP) for Banking Ombudsmen Pakistan and the State Bank of Pakistan.
  • Function as the FTC Owner / Ethics Officer and deliver updates as per the defined responsibilities.
  • Present regular service updates to the Management through the Service Board.
  • Compile, prepare, and submit Conduct Self-Assessment submissions for the Board and the State Bank of Pakistan.
  • Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders for customer experience-related projects.
  • Provide input in the Customer Perspective quadrant of the Balanced Scorecard while collaborating with Strategy Support.
