- Applicants are required to submit the form available at the link http://mepco-jobs.pitc.com.pk/ along with scanned copies of testimonials. Alternatively, the form can be printed and sent to the address provided below via post. The application should include a detailed CV highlighting achievements, attested copies of educational and experience certificates, 02 x Nos. references, and a recent photograph.
- Candidates must adhere to the Fit and Proper Criteria outlined in the Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules, 2013, framed under the Companies Act, 2017, and the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023.
- Applications must reach the designated address on or before 23.05.2024. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained, and no claims will be accepted thereof.
- Prospective candidates must be Pakistani citizens. Applicants with foreign academic qualifications must provide an HEC equivalence certificate. Candidates should only apply if they meet the eligibility criteria.
- Individuals currently employed in Government/Semi-Government Organizations/Autonomous Bodies must apply through the proper channel with a NOC from their respective department issued on official letterhead on the day of the interview. If a Government Servant is selected through a competitive process, they must resign or seek early retirement from their parent organization before joining MEPCO.
- No officer shall be appointed on deputation or lien for these positions under any circumstances. Candidates must present all original documents at the time of the interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview, and no TA/DA will be provided.
- Candidates dismissed/terminated from any organization or with a criminal record shall not be eligible. The selected candidate must provide a declaration on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100/- affirming their eligibility.
- Applicants bear the risk and cost of submitting their applications. Any false or bogus information provided at any stage, whether during induction or later in service, will result in the termination of candidature or employment.
- Age relaxation as per MEPCO’s policy has already been included in the age limit mentioned above, and no further relaxation will be granted. The position is purely contractual, non-pensionable, without long-term benefits, and cannot be converted into a permanent position at any stage.
- Upon selection, candidates must submit an affidavit declaring their non-involvement in any other relevant business/job that may pose a conflict of interest. The appointment is subject to fulfilling all codal/legal/administrative formalities.
- MEPCO reserves the right to disqualify a candidate at any stage if false/forged information is provided in the application. Additionally, MEPCO reserves the right to cancel the entire recruitment process at any stage without providing a reason.
