- Please ensure that your application, duly signed and submitted on plain paper, includes all attested supporting documents such as the application processing fee deposit slip, two passport size photographs, copies of CNIC, Domicile, all educational certificates/degrees, and experience certificates. These documents should be sent to the office of the Registrar, MNS University of Engineering & Technology, Multan, via courier/registered mail.
- A processing fee of Rs. 500/– (non-refundable/non-transferable) must be deposited in Account No. 12668900875503, titled as Payment Account MNS UET Multan, Habib Bank Limited, Mumtazabad Branch, Multan, OR in favor of Treasurer, MNS-UET, Multan, through challan form/demand draft/online payment, etc.
- Candidates applying for multiple positions must submit separate applications and deposit separate processing fees.
- Incomplete applications or those received without the processing fee slip/challan form/demand draft, etc., will not be considered.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews, and no TA/DA will be provided.
- The University reserves the right to adjust the number of posts in any category, fill or not fill the aforementioned posts, accept or reject any application, or withdraw the vacancy without providing reasons.
- Successful candidates will be engaged on a purely daily wage/work charge basis, initially for 89 days, extendable subject to satisfactory performance and the University’s requirements, in accordance with the instructions issued by the Finance Department, Government of Punjab, vide Notification dated 22 November 2023.
- Foreign qualified applicants must attach their equivalence certificate(s) duly issued by the concerned authority in Pakistan.
- The deadline for application submission is 03.04.2024, and applications received after this date, even if dispatched through courier, will not be accepted.
