- The positions are purely part-time, and selected candidates will not have the right to claim regularization of their services at any stage.
- Candidates should carefully read and understand all terms, conditions, and instructions of the advertisement before submitting their online application. Ensure that the application is completed in all respects.
- The candidate bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the data provided in the online application.
- Candidates should fill out the online form meticulously, following the guidelines and instructions provided in the advertisement for the respective posts.

- Candidates applying for the post are required to deposit an amount of Rs. 2,000/-. The University will not accept bank drafts, pay orders, cheques, or any other instruments as fees.
- Applications received without fee deposit receipts will be rejected.
- Government quotas will be observed as per policy.
- Candidates must submit one hard copy of the online application form, complete in all respects, signed by the applicant, along with attested copies of degrees/certificates/testimonials/photographs (1×1) by 4:00 pm on May 29, 2024, to the office of Deputy Registrar Admin-II University of the Punjab (Quaid-i-Azam Campus) Lahore, through registered post only. No additional time will be allowed for postal transit, etc.
