- QESCO is seeking eligible and reputable Security Service Provider Firms to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) by providing the following information:
- List of all Directors along with CNIC Numbers & Copies.
- Organogram Copy.
- NTN Certificate Copy.
- Certificate Copy from relevant authorities where services provided.
- GST Certificate Copy.
- Annual Income Tax Returns and receipts for the last 3 years.
- Bank Account(s) Information and statements for the last 3 years.
- QESCO reserves the right to request any other necessary information.
- Bid Security amounting to Rs. 10,00,000/- to be deposited, and the original Bid Security will be submitted at the bid opening.
- Copy of valid Licenses of Security Company from Concerned Home Departments / Ministry of Interior.
- Minimum Three (03) years’ experience as a security service provider with proven track record (Attach Photo Copies of Evidence).
- Experience with Government, Semi-Government Organizations, Multinational Firms, and Foreign Missions (Attach Photo Copies of Evidence), if applicable.
- Details with office addresses in site locations i.e., Islamabad, Balochistan.
- Undertaking on stamp paper that the company or its employees have never been involved in any litigation with M/O Energy (Power Division) Government of Pakistan and have never been blacklisted by any Government organization.
- Bids to be submitted on prescribed form with only rates quoted.
- Conditional and alternate bids will be rejected.
- Sealed Proposals (through courier services) containing rates in Rupees per application along with minimum processing time in days from the closing date of receiving applications to be submitted to the Chief Executive Officer, QESCO Zarghoon Road Quetta Cantt under the caption Expression of Interest for providing Security Services Firms as per PPRA Rules, 2004.
- Expression of Interest based on “single-stage two-stage envelopes” method containing separate sealed covers for Technical Proposal & Financial Proposal.
- Expression of Interest to be received by 13 May 2024 until 11:00 hrs, and Technical Proposal will be opened on the same date at 11:30 hrs QESCO HR/ Zarghoon Road Quetta Cantt.
- QESCO reserves the right to accept, reject, or annul the bid, prior to acceptance of the proposal.
- Security Service Firm should ensure all submitted information is correct and true.
- Incomplete proposals may be dropped at any time.
- Contract awarded to successful bidder with prior approval of CEO QESCO.
- Bid/tender documents available at the office of D.G (HR&Admn) QESCO Quetta against pay order/demand draft in the name of Finance Director QESCO Quetta of Rs.10,000/- each.
