- The fee details are as follows:
- BPS-16: Rs. 500 BPS-17 & Above: Rs. 2000 Applicants should fill out the form carefully, providing personal information, educational details, and experience.
- The filled form, along with attested copies of certificates, testimonials, CNIC, passport-size colored photographs, and the original bank challan/DD/PO of the paid processing fee, must reach the Office of the Human Resource Section, University of Health Sciences, Khayaban-e-Jamia Punjab, Lahore, by post (in-person applications will not be entertained) on or before 24.04.2024 during working hours.
